Rain protection for the urban cyclist

Invented on the principle of the kayak skirt, FULAP provides complete protection for the cyclist.

Equipped with the adjustable KDS® system, FULAP protects knees and thighs without flying off, while allowing complete freedom of movement . Waterproof, breathable and packable , its material allows for quick storage. Wide, reflective patterns allow for safe night riding.
